If nobody is present, postman usually will leave a note. Be aware of it. You might need to go to post office to take the parcel yourself.

Custom Tax?We will try our best to avoid any tax for you.

All parcel will be marked as "GIFT' (by default). Or upon request, any value can be declared in the custom form.

Although most of the parcel will not have any tax problem, there is still possibility that the custom will examine your parcel and ask you for tax.

Please check the regulation with your custom carefully before you buy. We do not accept return or order canceling due to tax issue.

For large order (especially weight>2kg or item>20 ), it is recommend to split into smaller ones and place order in separate dates.

Default protection upper limit (by HK Post, no additional fee): 320HKD (41USD) + paid shipping fee

Extra protection need paying extra insurance fee.
